1 algebra

I'm having great difficulty understanding the logic behind the problem regarding 1 algebra. Can someone please help me to understand how to come up with a comprehensive answer and explanation about 1 algebra specifically in topic of proportions? I was taught how to do this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it difficult to understand it alone so I believe I really need a helping hand since I believe I can’t do this on my own . If someone is familiar with 1 algebra can you please help me? Thank you !
